I am a wellness coach certified in yoga & ayurveda. the work that I do is trauma aware and somatic informed. I offer justice pricing (sliding scale) to help make these offerings as accessible as possible.
1:1 offerings
all offerings can be virtual or in person. please note that I do not currently have a studio that I have access to, so if you choose in person, we will have to get creative.
*I offer a justice pricing system with 3 different options. sliding (for those who want access to these offerings, but aren’t equipped to pay full price), standard, and supporter (for those who are able to pay full price AND support those who aren’t in a position to).

this offering is a private 1:1 session tailored to your individual goals, whether that be flexibility, strength, stress relief, a combination, or simply to learn and familiarize yourself with the physical practice of yoga.
duration: 45-60 min
investment: $60-$80 per session -
this offering is for those of you who are interested in learning how to build your own home practice and are a little more serious about yoga as a life practice beyond just the physical poses. we will also introduce meditation, breathwork, and self regulation practices if desired.
duration: 60 min // 5-10 min daily guided practice at home
investment: $80-$100 per session -
we will determine your mind-body type as well as areas you may be out of balance in order to find lifestyle choices that will work to regulate your digestive fire & bring you back into a state of equilibrium. we will explore diet options, plant allies, yoga & meditation practices, daily self care rituals, and seasonal self care rituals.
duration: 60-75 min
investment: $75-$90 per session -
trauma aware, multi-session program teaching somatic-informed yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, bilateral stimulation, and nervous system regulation. this offering is for someone who experiences anxiety or chronic stress and is looking for management strategies to build long term nervous system resilience.
duration: 10 week program // 1 session per week, 60-75 min per session // guided home practices
investment: sliding $75-$90 per session or explore package options*I offer nervous system support and embodied regulation practices. this can help you feel more grounded, but it’s not a replacement for mental health care.
*this is not psychotherapy or trauma processing, but it can complement that work.
